The Escalators have the experience & the passion to work with you in creating the atmosphere & energy you are looking for at your Wedding Reception.

Drawing on broad musical influences, The Escalators can create a relaxing ambience pre-dinner, & then fill the dance floor when it's time to get the party started.

Pre-Dinner: welcome guests with live music.  Jazz flavoured tunes that encompass familiar Standards, Latin rhythms, Dub/Reggae & some surprising detours. 
Dinner: our sound system for your iPod playlist, or live jazz & ballads if you prefer.
Speeches: a top-shelf wireless microphone through our sound system.
Dancing: a varied selection of dance floor favourites.  An emphasis on retro classics with a modern edge.  Sure to get friends & family of all ages on the dance floor.

Our standard line-up is a 5-piece band.  Vocal harmonies, guitar, keyboards, bass & drums.  

As an option for music lovers, add the class of brass! Trumpet adds a rich tone to pre-dinner jazz & the power of horn lines to dance tunes.
